“I e even a customer for over 20 years and they are usually good to deal with and except for 2020 COVIDdelivery is usually reliable. As to their offerings be careful if buying ALPHA BRAND DVD as often they are poor quality with canned music on Most Silent films and low production quality. But non Alpha items are usually good”

“Would have been five stare rating but one of the cd cases had a big crack in it. It was in the middle of the package so I don't think it was damaged during shipment. Cd played fine and I can replace the cracked cover so there is no need to report the damage.”
