“I ordered 3 items. Two were received. Nothing indicated a backorder. When I contacted customer support via email, I got a bunch of canned pablum about backorders and how they handled them. At this point, I have no idea if this issue will ever be resolved. I will not be doing future business with this vendor.”

“This is a great firm to deal with. Their service is great as is their prices. Moreover they are a goldmine for finding those rare and hard to get items. In fact they have tons of DVDs on movies and TV shows I've never even heard of. Ditto some of their books as well. My order had three items and two of them I didn't even know existed till I checked just a portion of their online catalog!”
