“I have not received 3 orders. I ordered 13 items in December and I am missing three. They so far have sent two packages. Each time saying that everything was delivered but they weren't. I called and they said, "Oh, it's on backorder." Ok? So like... let me know then instead of giving me a receipt saying that I paid for everything and that everything was in the package but it wasn't. Super unorganized and unprofessional customer service. I will be calling soon about my three missing CDs.”

“Half of the items I ordered were out of stock, I was missing one item and got a duplicate of another item, I was credited not refunded for the out of stock items (like i'd want to shop there again). There is no where on the website I could see the credit. The phone operator said the only proof I have of the credit is on my invoice. I asked for a refund of the credit. I was told I would get the refund. We'll see. I didn't even want to deal with the duplicate/missing items.”
