“Terrible experience. I ordered a CD on Sept. 17. I understood I would not be getting it until October because they had to obtain it from overseas. But now it is Nov. 8 and when I check the status, it still says the order is being processed. They charged me on Sept. 17 and almost 8 weeks later, there is no indication of when, or even whether, I will ever receive it. I called and asked to cancel and they refused. When I asked to speak to a manager they out me on hold for so long I eventually hung up. Now it seems I will have to go through my credit card company to get a chargeback. I order CD from discogs all the time and never had a bad experience.”
