“Very satisfied, excellent price on an OOP Limited 4k release of Robocop. Item arrived very well packaged but the case was broken within the boxset (no fault of oldies.com, it had probably been in the warehouse for years). I e-mailed their customer service and they sent me a replacement case with the original artwork included in case that had been damaged! Very friendly and responsive customer service and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend this company across the board and I'll be sure and do business with you all again! Thank you so much!”

Hi David, thank you for sharing your thoughts. Your order was received on Saturday, 8/23, when our offices were closed for the weekend, and shipped out promptly on Tuesday, 8/26. USPS delivered it within four business days, ahead of our estimated delivery of 9/8. While the order did arrive faster than promised, we understand how important shipping speed feels, and we’ll continue working to make our process as efficient and cost-effective as possible. We hope, however, that you’ll reconsider your decision to rate us only 2 out of 5 stars, as we did meet—and even exceed—our delivery commitment in this case.
