“ORDER 6155076: You charged my VISA $148.10 (according to VISA) but did not ship one item ($16). My order status still shows it as shipped. Are you crediting my VISA for the difference? Every time that you short-ship an order I have a problem. I don't know if it is cancelled or on back order.”

“Packaging is pretty poor, two of my records arrived with dented corners. One never arrived and I was later told it was out of stock AFTER I called about it. No email or text saying it won't be coming. Finally got a refund 6 days after everything was delivered, again no email or text letting me know.”
