“I ordered a vinyl record and was sent a completely different one! Ok, mistakes happen. But then I call to have the problem fixed and they say they can't get me a new one in time for Christmas, my refund is going to take a while because the manager has to approve it and "she has quite a few of these to go through" and THE COST OF SHIPPING WON'T BE REFUNDED. Also, I can't talk to anyone about the shipping (which was almost 10 bucks for 1 item) because no managers are there right now, I'll have to call back tomorrow. I guess they pay people to take orders around the clock but not to fix problems they make. I will never be ordering from here again.”

“I made a large order of CDs from OLDIES.com. Upon arrival, I found that two CD cases were cracked. I called Customer Service about the damaged cases, requesting two replacement cases. I wasn't sure they would go through with it, but to my pleasant surprise, two CD cases arrived in the mail. Very pleased with their Customer Service.”
