“Several LP record albums were absolutely, atrociously FILTHY! Several records had their shrinkwrap ripped across the entire front cover. Furthermore, others had sloppily torn stickers. In addition, several of the items we wanted most were apparently out of stock (we received no notice of this from the seller beforehand). Two items were missing from the box although they were, indeed, paid for! A terrible experience from a company which we have used many times previously.”
