“I ordered 6 CD's . When delivered only 5 CD's. Called and asked why was told they were out of this particular CD. Wow... On the same day I ordered 5 more CD's over the telephone as I was having issues with my computer. Not knowing that I would not received an email on this order placed by telephone, but they have no problem getting your Credit card number and they did not tell me any of this information. Then I was trying to keep track of the second order, so I called and ask why and was told I not see order if taken by telephone. I don't mind spending my money, but I would like to be able to see when delivery will be. I have a big problem with this. I don't think I will be ordering anymore.”
