“30 year customer disappointed with recent order. My dvd #67RDA was not as advertised. Oldies.web said dvd was in fullscreen + letterbox. When i opened and played,found to be only fullscreen. I tossed dvd ( $13 ) into trash. I found in past,returning items to Oldies.Com is like jumping through hoops. You have to buy an envelope to place dvd in. Request a return label ( sent out by mail if you don't own a printer ),then there's the waiting time 2 to 4 weeks and finally calling them to find if you received a credit.”
