“You guys were supposed to send an Escalade ESV, and you sent an older model Chevy Tahoe. The driver was on-time and extremely nice. Will use again if you promise to send a newer model vehicle that. You advertise.”

“Very satisfied with my driver!! I do apologize as I do not remember his name, but I was very comfortable with my ride to the airport. He arrived at my pickup location ONTIME, drove safely to the airport and very patient getting me to my drop off location and the conversation was OUTSTANDING!! I just wish you all offered discounts :)”

“Very impressed with the customer service at Omni. Had booked a limo ride from the airport to our hotel on the strip for my wife's birthday, it was a surprise for her. Ended up missing our connecting flight and got rebooked twice. Each time Omni was able to adjust our reservation very quickly and were very helpful. So despite arriving about 13 hours later than originally anticipated I was still able to have the limo surprise waiting for us at the airport.”
