“Sadly the driver arrived before the booked time and nearly left without us. She attempted to take payment on a tablet while still driving and waiting at stop lights, really not happy that this was attempted and then blamed me for locking her out of the programme - unhappy I did not offer a gratuity despite the fact that it was included in the bill - not a happy experience.”

“I must confess I was a little alarmed after booking a car to pick us up at McCarran in Vegas and return us to the airport using the website when I had not received any confirmation email after 12 hours. Then I went online and found a large number of terrible reviews. Starting to worry about what I had done - I contacted the company through the chat option on the webpage the day we travelled and an email was sent almost immediately confirming our pick up and drop off details. I was again worried when our flight was delayed nearly 1 1/2 hours ( We have had limo companies just leave, and other companies that charge a $300hr wait fee (Empire CLS). HOWEVER!!! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT with our collection at the airport and our return today - I would highly recommend OMNI limo, I think the rates are very reasonable, the cars were in great condition, the drivers great and very professional. We will definitely use again on our return to vegas.”

“My wife and I were happy with Omni's services when we were picked up from the airport. Going back home was another experience all together. We booked both trips with the original reservation for the 740 BMW. We were picked up in it and happy with our choice. Leaving for the airport, a Lincoln Limo showed up in its place. There was dust sitting along the bar area as well as handkerchiefs holding the A/C's vents open. When we called to complain that the wrong car was sent for us, the manager was "not available" even though I was put on hold several times. No explanations were given to me as to why or how the mistake (if it was one) even occurred. All we got was sorry. Since the limo is more expensive, they tried to spin it as if it was an upgrade. Considering the condition and style of the limo, I can definitely tell you it was not an upgrade. Had we know they would not send the same car even though it was clearly indicated on my confirmation that we requested a sedan, I would have taken a Taxi to the airport. Our own driver even understood why we were upset that we got the limo instead of the BMW. To put the cherry on the cake, not even two minutes after leaving the hotel, an empty BMW from Omni Limo pulled up next to us at a red light.”

“A driver coming back from the strip was amazing he was helpful very attentive, the driver we had going to the strip though seem very distracted by his phone believe it was probably a girlfriend or something because every time It would go off there was a picture of a female.they were very prompt and got a reasonable rate.”

“We had a party of six and needed a ride from the McCarren airport in Las Vegas to the Bellagio. They met us with a sign at baggage claim and dropped us off at the main entrance to the Bellagio. On time and friendly service. same with the return ride to the airport... prompt and friendly. would highly recommend!”
