“I have always enjoyed Omni Limo. Our driver was right on time, my only concern is that the driver seemed tired and kept drifting into other lanes while jerking back to our lane. I was not sure if he was falling asleep or not. He was very nice and polite, just seemed very tired.”

“Had a group of ladies for a family reunion and we had a excellent time! Keith was our driver and he was fantastic, even got us to the front of the line at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign on Halloween night to get our pictures taken! (and believe me it was a long line!) I will be using Omi again when I go to Vegas, and will be asking for Keith to be our driver every time!”

“I asked for pick up at 3:20 p.m. for a two hour rental until 5:20 p.m. and you can confirm this by checking your email confirmation to me. I can provide a copy if you wish. Robert first texted me at 2:50 p.m. and we hopped on at around 3:00 pm. I specifically requested pickup at 3:20 p.m. to give me ample time at the airport, get my luggage and enjoy the ride for two whole hours afterward. I am disappointed that I payed for 2 hours but was dropped off at 4:20 meaning I only got 1 hr 20 minutes of service. Robert indicated he knew my flight arrived at 2:20 p.m. I did not share that when I ordered the service. I was also disappointed that the slide divider was not operable and we did not get the privacy I wanted. Robert was a good driver but overall service from the company was not above average due to the issues I described above.”

“Waiting a few minutes after luggage arrived, as advised there was a mistake on flight schedule (might have been my fault actually). Car (Mercedes) was spotless, driver (Mark) was great, and price reasonable. The only negative was with booking. Booked online, but no email confirming. Called after couple hours, and they said they didn't have record of booking. Booked again over phone and they said they would send confirming email - which didnt receive. Called again the following day and received email confirmation. Received phone call a day later that they had two bookingings now - corrected, and after that everything was great. So - driver service great, booking arrangemts could be improved.”
