“OmniBlend is such a good investment. First time in close to 10 years that I’ve needed to replace anything with it and the ordering process was easy. I like how you can just order the items you need and leave out the stuff you don’t (I just needed a new jug, no lid etc) so you don’t waste money.”

“Hi Alessio, I had a problem with my blender, it suddenly stopped working. I have send it in for repairs and it was a faulty power switch. Due to the excellent service and prompt feedback I purchased another omni blender as I could not wait for the blender to be repaired. I received my new blender in 1 day and the repaired one in 3 days. Overall the after care service is top notch and it is great to have a company that actually cares. I would recommend Omniblend to anyone. Thank you!”

“Our experience was great. OmniBlend was immediately available to effect repairs and within a day, repairs had been made. Invoice was immediate. We had neglected to provide necessary information for our business beforehand and the correction and reissue of the invoice was also near immediate. It is not often one may comment that a service provider is too fast or too efficient. Great experience. Thank you.”

“Mr Folmer, thanks for contacting me.... I can give a five star smiling feeback for your staff and technical team. However, I am really disappointed that the issue I had with the Omniblend of "walking around when in use" is not better.... it is actually a little worse.... although the armature bearing and blades were replaced. On receipt of my blender, the technician did mention that "some blenders do walk" and unfortunately I have one of those. I assume I will have to replace the bearings within the next two-three years due to something that is seriously not in sync in my Omniblend? Honestly, it is so bad that I cannot even leave the blender to run on its own.... I need to hold it down by hand..... The only solution I foresee is that I will have to bolt the Omniblend down.... what would your suggestion be?”

“We bought 2 blendere and are very happy with its quality. Because we are a restaurant the blenders went through alot of work, but when we sent it for repairs, it came back working fine.”
