“I have bought a controller battery back from OnBuy and it arrived after 3 weeks. It was clearly a fake product and not the original advertised pack made by Microsoft. OnBuy does not take any resposability for this and I am having to raise a dispute with PayPal instead. OnBuy does not seem to care that counterfit products are being sold on its webiste.”

The picture advertised is probably taken from another site that are legit and more pricey ! This was purchased to go on my mums grave , I'd be too embarrassed to place it on there ! Poor workmanship , made of poor materials & should have never been advertised as a completely different sculpture made of steel , this one is black and looks like I purchased it from poundland , bloody awful & to have waited 3 weeks for tat that's only fit for the bin ! !!!!!! Absoubtely disgraceful”

I have contacted the seller twice for a refund and heard nothing. The site sends you around in circles trying to find out what to do next. I would NOT recommend this site based on my experience.”
