“I took the Instagram marketing course and it is so outdated !! The "taacher" looks as though hes in his pyjamas whilst filming, he shows you how to upload a photo. Ridiculous that you would charge people for this”

“I undertook the Xero and Quickbooks Accounting Course in preparation for tax digital next year as I'm a sole trader. I found both the courses, one from 2015 and the other from 2017 to be out of date with both platforms being targeted, which made learning difficult. The quality of the tutoring was not brilliant and the teacher at times did not know which areas to click on which made things confusing. The presentation skills of the tutor was drab and boring and I feel you needed to have had some knowledge of QB or Xero before attempting this course. I had none and there was little explanation as to how they worked at the start of the course. I would not of wanted to have paid £425 for this course! All I can say is I now have a little knowledge but I have come away from this course disappointed.”

“Although it's not a formal qualification toward becoming a Paralegal, the Legal Executive Training Course offers a very comprehensive grounding in English law history and practice. I'll admit, I did think it might be a bit flaky but I'm so pleased with the course content and would recommend it to anyone who's still deciding if Law is for them to try it and use it as a springboard for one of the accredited qualifications.”

“I did the receptionist and administrative skills course, even as a sixteen year old I have now got an a level equivalent qualification. I enjoyed teaching this course to myself as well as getting a 95% discount which is fantastic. It had 74 units which I completed in six and a half long days (through choice but is flexible) with a final exam at the end which was very easy and multiple choice.”

“Although I could not continue with the functional skills maths course due to not understanding the tutor clearly and the pace being very fast. One education gave an instant refund and apologetic e mail. They also offered me another course free of charge and said they would follow up my concerns for future learners. I have now enrolled on the counselling course and think i will enjoy this. I have to say, One Education gave good customers service throughout.”

“The Teaching Assistant Speech and Language and SEN course had some interesting and useful information, but a lot of it was applicable to US more than UK, there was a lot of copy and pasting and repetition in the text and the mock and final exam questions sometimes just did not make sense..... eg a multiple choice question about a child's condition that did not state which condition the question was about? I will not be paying £18 for a certificate.”

“Easy to understand website and concise purchase instructions with good special offers. The BSL level 1 course, has plenty of up-to-date content and easy to navigate around the website and user profile pages. The live chat also worked when I needed them! I would recommend this course to other people wanted to learn British Sign Language.”

“I am totally surprise there are so many good reviews, this course is terrible. The link to the trial Xero software does not match the demo on the course , it only lasts for one month and the course access is for a year. The tutor really has no idea at times what she is talking about and seems to just bumble away from one point to the next. Total and utter waste of money. Xero wouldn't be impressed at all.”

“they said no hidden fee they made me pay 70 pounds total first they make me pay 55 pounds for certificate then send me a mail saying I have to pay additional 10 pounds plus 4,95 for a pdf copy. plus I paid 20 pounds for the course. daylight robbery.i am gonna complaint to watchdog uk.”

“The Paediatric First Aid course was dreadful. Clearly all copied from an American website as half of it was not relevant to the UK. Also disgusted at having to pay for the certificate at the end of the course, despite being told that there were 'no hidden fees'.”

“This isn't a bad course, however, I have a feeling it was not created or developed in the UK. Not that this is much a problem but I think there needs to be a fine-tooth comb to check spelling errors. In one module there is no video material and in another, the title of the module is nothing to do with what is in the module. Anyway, I have my cerificate now so I'm happy but not sure I would recommend this course.”
