Spoke with Kealey today. She was very pleasant and helpful and called me back as she said she would . She has solved my problem and offered further assistance if necessary. It was nice to talk to a human being who was patient and understanding and tailored her response to my questions. She was also proactive and able to communicate clearly .”
“The young lady that was dealing with my problem was very nice and tried to help me but was unable to sort it out but not for the want of trying I’m giving four stars because of her but if it was the company I was rating I wouldn’t be giving any.”

I had phoned a few times before and had been told the fault had been rectified
He promptly sent me a new Sim Card which arrived yesterday I had never been told that Sim Cards have a limited life Unfortunately other problems have since occurred but that is nothing to do with him”
