We went to Disney World and the phone decided it did not like our fingerprints and locks up. It asks for a device password that we know nothing about. Apparently either the staff at the store set the password or they sold us a used phone instead of a new one. Either way, it needs a password, and it is not the phone's password, it is the device's password. If you don't enter the right password within a couple of tries, it deletes everything on the phone. We called OnePlus support on a different phone. They say there is nothing they or we can do and said only the owner of the phone can unlock it. Well, we are the owner of the phone. We can prove we own the phone. In fact, we are still making monthly payments on the phone. We guessed possible passwords using the passwords we usually use. The phone deletes our entire vacation. Everything. The phone itself is great, but it's a time bomb. OnePlus can delete your data at any time, simply because it doesn't recognize your sweaty fingerprint while on vacation.

1 porquería de marca. Compre 2 teléfonos oneplus Nord n10 no funcionan hable al servicio al cliente y salen q la garantía es de solo 15 días. Nunca e visto semejante miserable compañía. Engañan a la gente. Ojalá y antes de comprar está basura de marca muchos vean todas estas opiniones. Para q no Sean robados.

Really horrible service. Having a poorly designed phone is one thing (fingerprint sensor fails after one month, outside of the scanty 2-week return period), but support is another disgusting scam. Numerous emails, tasks given to the customer to do, shady and unprofessional remote session, and then at the end of the day, not even an offer for a partial refund (but instead, requests I pay for my own repair since I'm no longer in the country). Stay away.

Rejected a damaged delivery and they wont refund me. Only 1 as I can't put less. As per their order email, I rejected damaged package to be told they wont send out a replacement, they'll only refund. They can't provide me any documentation to state that is the process. They then receive the device back and get into a dispute with the delivery firm about it. Still no refund. I must wait for them to sort out the blame of why there was a damaged parcel between them. (To get my refund for a device I was never in receipt of.) This would all be bad enough but I have to beg for updates every couple of days. To which I get a stock response of "we're looking at it, wait 48 hrs' 15days after rejecting the delivery. Each way I chat to their people (i'd like to say customer service but they're just not) I get a slightly different take on it. If I'd been told the whole process upfront I may have understood but being led on every couple of days is insulting. The last straw was being on a call to a 'complaints' person to be told, 'oh, you should've accepted the parcel and then returned it'. I quote "Note: If the parcel arrives with severe damage to the packaging, please refuse the delivery. Before signing for the parcel, unbox the parcel and check if everything in your order is included." Wow, just wow. I had a previous device and do love their devices but I'd rather go somewhere else just so I know I'm not going to be mucked about. The

Sent a new phone back and they kept it and refused to refund me. I had to dispute it through the bank. I won.

One plus security & lockscreen is a joke. It would ask you for your code to unlock screen sometimes, other time it would random ly automatic unlocked screen without a code. Fingerprint sign on only work sometimes. And randomly the useless annoying pocket mode would came on and wouldn't let you unlock the screen, specially when you need to answer the phone in a hurry.

All of the other reviews are correct. If you need your phone repaired you have to send it to them for 2 weeks, without a replacement or loaner phone. Also you have to pay for repairs then YOU have to send the receipt to the insurance company for reimbursement. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Save your sanity and money and go somewhere more legit.

One plus service is very very bad . I have personal experience. I have placed a wrong order and requested them to consider and provide me the right prodcut ut they did nit consider at all which is very bad.

Bought a device that stated would be supported for 2 years in android versions and 3 years in security updates. Every update has either been delayed, buggy or pushed back, in the time I've owned the device they've cut software updates in half, and still couldn't keep to that schedule. The company themselves never comment on the issue. There community and communication is by all means absolutely non existent and the community app is more closely monitored like the Korean Intranet. Anything negative about the company is swifty removed. Device itself always had issue since day one and trying to get helps is like pissing in the wind on my 2nd one and still same issue as it wad a manufacturer issue and cost saving effort by the company. Will never put a single penny in this company's pocket again. Overall not even worth the 1 out of 5 stars.

Thought I'd buy some One Plus Buds, bad idea. The company does nothing to ensure that your package is delivered, the courier decided not to deliver my package (I work from home), so I am always available to receive packages. I tried contacting the courier, and they just feigned ignorance. When I contacted Oneplus, as far as they were concerned, it was no longer their problem. I asked if they could use a different courier, they said no. I requested a refund, and they told me I could get a refund when I return the package that was NEVER delivered. I do not recommend trusting Oneplus with your hard earned money, as there is no real way to ensure that you will actually receive what you pay for.

AWFUL... TRULY AWFUL... Ordered a pair of headphones, 4 weeks still nothing... Chatted to online staff, no answers, just its on the way... Another week goes by, nothing!! Back onto online staff, they cant help, cant pass me to a manager... then after 2 hours, yes two hours of chatting to online staff... I get put onto a manager... who apologies and offers me 10 dollars as compensation for long delays.... LOLOL as if I'd shop in One Plus again... so 10000 dollars be no good to me... especially when they cant even get a paid of headphones delivered!!! Truly shocking and awful service No legal department!! No complaints department!! Refund demanded then, another 7 days wait... Avoid one plus... poor poor comapnt.... poor customer service Never shopping at One Plus again!!! Stay away everyone!!!

Everything was fine until I had the silliest problem and needed customer support. I chose to email them. You can only email them through their website. They will reply to you, but no matter how complete your request, they will ask you confirmation of the facts in brocken English. It's not like a conversation where you might want to check again... if they're not sure, all they have to do is read the initial email again! The issue is that when you reply, they won't read/receive your email and they will close the case automatically after a couple of weeks of waiting. Then you have to open another case, where they won't know anything about anything prior. I've had an exchange of 89 emails just over basic communication and my case is still not resolved. I needed a silly screen protector and the first time they sent me a single screen protectors in an envelope with absolutely nothing else included. It looked like a joke... How am I supposed to apply it to my phone? I compared this to the many screen protectors available on Amazon, which come with everything you need and more. By the way, the screen protector they sent me, was marked with permanent printed text and a yellow line across it. So I contacted them again and after tens of email exchanges, they sent me exactly there same thing again. So not looking forward to another tennis round of emails, I tried to call them. What a mistake! I have never encountered such unprofessional customer service... no manners, no training, no nothing! This guy with a strong Indian accents, had absolutely no clue about customer service. He might as well have been a cleaner in that office! I asked him to speak with his manager and after holding for a few minutes, he told me that the manager was not available to speak to me. He said that he was going to arrange a callback, but obviously nobody ever called me back. I'm tired of dealing with people who do not understand basic English and who clearly couldn't care less. My case remains unresolved and I cannot even begin to imagine what it would be like to have to send my phone in for a repair. This experience placed a definite mark on my future phone choice. Nowadays an electronic device without support is like a car without fuel... useless!

Horrible experience! Order of Oneplus 8T placed on 15th of October and has not shipped until now. When I contacted Oneplus they said "order will ship soon just wait" and it cannot be cancelled because they have no cancellation policy! I own the Oneplus 6 and the phone itself is decent but this is simply crazy! How you do not have a cancellation policy!!! I lost my money and these scammers won't ship the phone or refund the amount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DIRECTLY.

One plus 7t broke. I contacted one plus and received a UPS label and RMA number. One plus customer service is saying it isn’t covered by manufacture warranty because there was damage. Servify is saying that it isn’t covered under accidental damage because is no damage to the phone. So if you buy the phone don’t buy the warranty.

One plus 7t broke. I contacted one plus and received a UPS label and RMA number. One plus customer service is saying it isn’t covered by manufacture warranty because there was damage. Avoid this company. Their return policy is outrageous. I've sent it back phone over a month ago, and until today I have not received a refund. The Customer Service is a joke, each time making up different stories. I've planed to upgrade for a more expensive device, but now it is clear to stay away from this company. Unfortunately, I have to take them to the Obmusment.

These Phones are Garbage , the company is horrible to deal with. This thing is terrible to use. I had to have my wife try to use this phone and she was I can't get this thing to work. I said yeah it is a POS. I saw the new ad something to the effect expect more, That's a joke , not water proof rated, no remote charging, randomly changing ring tones. This phone is no fun to use. This company should go out of business to save everyone from their product and shitty customer service, They act like you should be happy with their products short comings.

Terrible company with terrible phones. I have a One Plus 8 Pro, and what a bag of poo !! Unboxed phone to find 3 defects to the body of the phone obviously done during manufacturing. Phone is full of bugs. The phone actually tried to call someone without me touching it. I was using the internet and placed the phone down on a table. Whilst looking at the screen it proceeded to call someone on my behalf ???? And sometimes whilst trying to open an app, it will ignore my input and open something else completely different. Where the is the quality control for this company ????? I was offered no help at all after calling the manufacturer. I then called my service provider who offered me a replacement which I am still waiting for a month later due to low stocks of the handset. What a joke. Can't wait to swap back to Huawei.

The phone was grea until it malfunctioned. I’ve been waiting for almost two months for it to be repaired. This is unacceptable! You’ll enjoy the phone until something goes wrong, then you’re on your own. If you heavily rely on your phone then avoid this brand.
