“it is extremely difficult to change the vehicle once the reservation is made, I could not find the proper window to complete that action. I ended up making a new reservation with a different vehicle and cancelling the one made prior.”

“Well, this review will have to be in regard to the booking process only...for now. My experience for booking was easy and straighforward. The location is close to the airport and the past reviews from other clients is what attracted me to using this company. I will update this once I have actually used the service. But I am feeling quite confident that everything should run smoothly.”

“The process is ok, but could be made easier. I went to the hotel where the parking was and they had to do something to show that I had prepaid. There should be an option where I can put my information in that shows I paid, or already have my payment proven, such as a log in.”

“As a client from Palatka...a 1 hours plus transit, I wanted a guaranteed parking away from the hubub of the airport itself. Parking with 3 persons and luggage and walker, we wanted a quality parking area with guaranteed 24 hour transport to our airline and same on return. WILL SEE.AND REPORT WHEN WE RETURN”
