Avoid, one of the hardest companies to get in contact with, I was sent an item that should have never passed quality control. Took me ages to get it sorted to finally get a new part sent out. The day of delivery for the new part and there's no delivery information and again no one is replying to me. I've booked another day off for this order, I now don't have anymore, and are none the wiser when my item will actually be arriving. Shouldn't cause this additional stress to heavily pregnant women! Edited on Wednesday 14th You delivered today but it's not even the correct item or an item that's part of my cot. What an actual joke! That's Monday I had to book off work because you said I had been forgotten about when contacting and now today is a wasted holiday. I want a full refund and come collect the fault cot! The goodwill gesture wasn't for that issue it was for another issue for a faulty item you sent and I wanted a refund so it wasn't a good will gesture it was a refund for a faulty item

I will be taking this further. In the process of writing a letter to head office and getting advice from the ombudsman. 1. I received the cot bed in an awful condition broken and not fit for purpose. It’s a gamble whether items will come broken or not from them. 2. I contacted customer service and the first time they sent a replacement and the replacement parts. When they came they came in a disgusting condition. The wood had completely split (surely they would check this before sending out) the boxes also looked like it had been open. Furthermore, the part they sent out had 2 parts, they only sent one side out of the cot bed. I am honestly disgusted. They have now been ignoring my WhatsApp messages, emails and live chat messages. I have now had to result to contacting them on Facebook, instagram and I have even called them out on my posts. Also, I am in the process of taking proceedings against them to get my money back as this is the second delivery now they have sent faulty parts and missing parts. I’ve had to buy a replacement bed off a reputable company as a temporary for now for little one as she is without a bed otherwise. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, better to pay the little extra than to go through this hassle of broken parts and being ignored. Wish I read all the reviews before I had purchased anything from them.

Bought a car seat which isn’t fit for purpose as though stated it would be suitable babies head does not reach the head rest. Cannot return unless in original bag unbroken, but bag is sealed so you have to cut it open. Won’t return an item with seal broken under their extended policy unless they still have the item in stock. Waste of money. Breaches consumer rights. Gamble as to whether the product is suitable or faulty, and if it isn’t they don’t want to know.

My elderly mother brought her granddaughter a travel cot It’s broken first time she put up only few weeks old Emails back and forth and nothing Won’t help her just exchange it she doesn’t want a refund!! Discusting the way you treated my mother!!!!!!!

Twice I’ve orderd from here and I’ll never order again orderd a car seat for next day delivery which is no where to be seen and now I can’t seen to get a refund because no one wants to answer emails

Absolutely disgusting! Both customer care, service and advertising! The lady clearly wanted to argue with me, here’s what I ordered and what I received. Her excuse was the photo on the website, is taken using studio lighting? I said this is false advertising and she just disconnected the call

Item sent with drawer missing. Photos on website show crib with drawer but told over the phone it doesn't come with one. Want me to pay 35quid to return it. Terrible place

When delivered, the boxes were damaged and I mean damaged to the point there's a whole corner of one of the boxes missing meaning every piece of the babys cot that was in this corner of the box were also damaged, scratched and all the paint scratched off. I hate having to get things delivered for this reason, no one cares about the items when in transit. The cot has had to be reshaped in areas, sanded and painted I might aswell have made the git myself.

Completely unimpressed and disappointed by the service I have received. My nursery furniture was meant to arrive today so I took the day off. 8am it estimates 12.30 delivery, this got later and later until by 5pm it was estimated to arrive at 7.45pm which was concerning as they only deliver until 8pm. Shortly after this my tracking link expired and I couldn't find a company contact number anywhere. I emailed asking if it is still due today and they responded saying it is not a regular parcel so delays are to be expected, and that it is still due to arrive. It is now 8pm and I'm left with no idea if or when it is arriving as no one has updated me! Plus a wasted day off taken to be home to receive goods. Funny how if you're not home to take delivery in they charge £55, yet they are this incompetent and have left me stressed at 6 months pregnant not knowing what's happening!

Very bad customer service, no care about customers at all! Keep emailing the same thing on and on "you outside od 30 days.." well none of us mamas buy products 2 weeks before baby is due (what about born). We prepare months in advance yet they don't care about babies at all just counting £!!! Do not use their website

Well what can I say this company is basically useless .sent out incomplete cot and as wasn’t noticed within 30 days can’t return then they offered a replacement part but also wanted us to pay for the replacement well I’m sorry replacement means I’ve had one in the first place ?? no I’d just like the part that should have came in the first place .so with good will them ordered the part needed to be delivered within 5 working days ?? 10 working days later no part ?? Contacted them and told the order was cancelled and they forgot to reorder the item again we slipped through the net so now I said well I’d just like to return the item as I’ve lost faith and patience I’d rather go and collect a new cot myself told I’m not entitled to a return even though the item is incomplete which is a joke now I have to wait for a courier to contact me with a delivery date while my son has to struggle without a bed and has done for weeks what a shambles not a care in the world of how this affects my child’s wellbeing at all .in conclusion once we have your money we don’t care !! Hate companies like that no customer care at all .

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR RETURNS AND ISSUES Ordered travel system bundle and it came scratched and the car travel seat hood was damaged. Over a month has gone by and issue isn’t resolved! They have changed from only needing us to send faulty parts to then wanting the whole pram and now wanting the pram and car seat. They knew I didn’t have original packaging and now they want original packaging or won’t have it back. Horrendous to deal with and this has been going on for over a month!

If I could give zero stars I would. This website/company is just appalling, I cannot put you off this place enough. The lower price point of its products does not compensate for the faulty goods and quite genuinely the most appalling customer service I have experienced shopping online. Their products will either take months to be delivered, will be delivered faulty or not what you ordered at all in the first place. When you TRY to get a refund, they honestly will find any reason under the sun not to give you your money back and even if you are one of the lucky souls whose refund was granted. It will cost you money to send the item back. Absolute con this place, it will only cost you more in the long run trust me. I spent over £100 on a car seat that when delivered, wasn’t correct. They did not allow me to return the product so I have spent £100 on a car seat that I can not use and will now have to spend more money on another car seat from another company. This will end up costing me twice as much, in a time when the cost of living is extortionately high and ever increasing, this company rubs salt in the wounds with their cons. Be warned whatever you buy from here, it’s yours for the keeping no matter what

Very bad products If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had so many problems with the Puggle luxury 6 pcs set. I placed my order on 19 jan and the prestbury dresser had the wrong items inside. I asked for a replacement which I finally got it on 21 feb,over a month later with a lot of delivery issues between. Today when I opened the box,I’ve got again missing items and I couldn’t get a final result. Avoid this company!!!!

Ok if you order comes complete. NOT OK if it does not!!!! Cannot help you, I am nearly 2 weeks in awaiting for a part to use my mamas and papas flip xt2 pram, the brake the connects the 2 rear wheels. This has ‘supposedly’ been sent by manufacturers but I am still awaiting for this and for dispatching information like tracking information. Surely if it’s been despatched you can obtain this?! Like any other company!!! Not worth the saving when purchasing for the stress and worry of it not coming complete!!! Would NOT purchase from here again!!! Spend a little bit more and have the guarantee of the own company being able to sort problems there and then. No number to contact just email. Not good enough.

Ordered and paid for a pushchair bundle three and a half months ago still not arrived as delayed gor the fourth time. The sales team responds quickly when you are looking but dont respond when you have issues have asked for a refund after you cant delay the baby! no response as yet. Also deletes negative posts on social media which does not give an accurate feedback system.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered something at 22.40 at night. I cancelled at 00.09. So no body was obviously at work. I cancelled because my daughter didn't want it and had ordered something else . In the morning hours later at 08.24 they replied ( a lady called me) and told me that they had already sent it to the courier and it could not be cancelled. They said I had two options either refuse delivery which would incur a £10 fee or arrange to send it back as a return. What they didn't mention after I took the delivery with the view to return is returning it would cost £12.50. I feel totally ripped of and mugged off . I replied to lady saying your telling me you company is so efficient that you processed my order between 22.40 on the 29/12/2021 and the time I sent you a cancellation message at 00.09 on the 30/12/2021 and you actually had people working that late at night. Remember she did not reply until 08.24 on the 30/12/2021. The time window from order to cancellation was 1 hour 29 minutes. The lady fobbed me off. I asked her to prove they had processed my order and sent it to the courier within that 1 hour 29 minutes window. Again the lady fobbed me off because she obviously felt it was better to rip me off. She said she had escalated my complaint to a manager. It is now 12.57 04/01/2022 and I still have not had any reply from a manager. Do not buy from this rip off company with poor customer service without reading the rip off returns policy.

I ordered a cot and dresser with online 4 baby in November 2021. I waited 2 weeks for them to be delivered. When they were the box was completely battered. Even the driver made a comment about the state it was in. Said he would make note of it but the cot should be OK... the cot was not OK. 2 broken parts and nothing to put the cot together. I emailed online 4 baby with pictures. They replied asking me to state the parts using the instructions. What instructions? I didn't have any included. I explained this and they went quiet. No response at all. I emailed 5 times throughout the next week. Tried calling but the number just tells you to go online and calls can't be taken. I now understand why. They must have so many complaints due to service they won't take calls. I finally received a call from them a week and a half later. Jodie was the lady who called and told me she couldn't compensate only ask for another delivery. I said I needed this within the next week as I have a 7 month old with no cot. If not I'd like refund. She told me she couldn't refund until it was picked up but could only be picked up if a van happened to be in the area. I then received a message offering the replacement to be delivered 6th January 2022. This is now a month after original delivery. I need a cot for my daughter so have requested money back to purchase elsewhere... guess what? No response. It isn't my problem they don't already have a van in the area. This is the error of online 4 baby so they should have arranged a van to be in the area, not wait until one is for something else. Will definitely not be using this company again. Absolute shambles and service is horrendous. I wouldn't even give the company one star but It wasn't possible to do the review without one.

Nightmare start to finish. Sent me damaged Moses basket rocker and then sent wrong replacement parts out. Also sent us damaged cot parts then sent wrong replacement. I just want to build the nursery and it’s awful experience. They not replying to my emails just ask for pics then go quiet! Spent like £600 with this company and could cry!!!

Ordered a pram. No news for 2 weeks. When we called they advised that my billing address and shipping address did not match- and that they had therefore categorised my purchase as fraudulent.. Of course they never communicated this to me and took my money two weeks prior! They then proceeded to advise they couldn't give me any info on what was happening, and that all they could do was sent a letter to my (supposedly) incorrect address... Customer service absolute blank. No help and the worst of it is that they said they blocked the ordered to to potential fraud by then took the money weeks prior. Would never use again - imagine if the pram order was urgent, very disappointing.
