If I could leave a zero I would!! I am now 2 weeks off due date and a chain of 35+ emails regarding broken parts on a cot bed drawer to which I have had .. There is no record of your order... Please send photos... Multiple times!! Literally a waste of time and money have told other to avoid and will not use agian

If there was a 0 I would be scoring this. Ordered a pushchair arrived faulty and they won't replace it. AVOID!!

Don’t bother, I ordered the wrong high chair and emailed as that was the only way to contact them, so decided to purchase the correct high chair and was told they couldn’t cancel the delivery of the wrong item and it would cost me £10 if I don't accept delivery from the courier, I’m sure somewhere down the line it would’ve cost me more in hidden charges to return it, shop with a reputable company I’ve yet to see what the two high chairs I’m stuck with are like if they are exactly what was ordered, I’ll be taking this matter to trading standards unless my refund is issued before the first chair is returned without any deductions

I wouldn't recommend order anything from them. I ordered baby blanket, they sent me completely different one, much cheaper one, and when i went back and said that they sent me a wrong item, i was advised that they reseve the right to do so and replace with similar item. It's not similar - the only similarities were the colour and the fact that is a blanket. Unbelievable!!!

Ordered a buggy and the website said "order in next 8 hours for next day delivery" so I paid in full, and thought it was fine. No updates from this company until I asked for a delivery confirmation...they then decide the item I paid for was not available after all. So the order was changed, I paid the difference, and was assured it would be delivered the following day. Still nothing. This company still haven't reopened their phone lines, claiming covid as an excuse, so email contact was all that was possible. I'm pretty furious that the shopping experience with them has been so bad. Do yourselves a favour and shop anywhere but here

Bought a Cot - Not Cheap - Delayed delivery - ridiculous excessive packaging - despite that - part damaged - no telephone contact - eventually got a replacement - yet more ridiculous excessive packaging - Wrong Part for the wrong Cot ! Repeated the process EVENTUALLY the part arrived yet more ridiculous packaging 8 pieces but one of the pieces was all that was needed. Nothing for the faff, inconvenience and what a terrible company to deal with - When someone did eventually pick up the phone to discuss my experience - she was rude and dismissive AVOID AVOID AVOID

DO NOT BUY, don't give refunds or allow return even when dissatisfied with product. Bought a cot with matching drawer, only to find the cot nothing like the pictures, bad quality and a drawer that is not fit for purpose with the cot. Sent pictures of this to their customer support team only to be told sorry nothing we can do and cant refund on assembled items. Absolute joke customer service. Do not buy from these, find another supplier!! Cheap looking products that do not match the pictures on their website.

I wouldn’t even rate this a 1 star, because it doesn’t deserve any. Absolutely appalling company, management, staff, products. Everything we have received was damaged, even replacements that were sent. We have received over 5 deliveries for our nursery set, either the driver didn’t turn up, parts were missing and they were damaged. Staff are rude and belligerent. We have had issues with this company for almost 2 months now. They would talk over you when you’re on the phone when you’re trying to resolve your complaint, go to insult you, laugh over the phone. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. To top this all off, they do not handle complaints appropriately, professionally and do NOT answer your emails when asking for a replacement to be sent. THIS COMPANY IS CHEAP FOR A REASON. REFUSED US A REFUND because they replaced items out of a ‘gesture of good will’ PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY LIKE WE HAVE, SPEND TIME READING REVIEWS AND SPEND THAT LITTLE BIT EXTRA.

Bought a pram which arrived with parts missing and had to try to contact them to get them sent out. Bought a medela swing pump which states in the website ‘returns accepted’ and in their returns policy states that pumps can only be returned if they are unsealed etc (completely understandable). Contacted them to return it as feeding had deteriorated rapidly so had no need for it, only to be told I could return it but then got a phone call apologising for the member of staff hit that she was mistaken and I couldn’t return it despite what their policy said. On arguing the toss I was told that ‘on this occasion, they would accept a return’, but only after I stated I would inform trading standards. Won’t be purchasing through them again.

Do not support. Checked multiple times throughout the two months I have waited and was told up until the day before delivery that everything is fine, only to be told an hour later my items won't be coming. And might turn up in another 3 weeks. Now I've been left with no essentials, no where for my son to sleep, and down over £300. Seems an ongoing issue for this company before Covid. Absolutely unable to properly or efficiently fulfill orders, yet prey on parents knowing that time sensitive products won't arrive when needed. Liars and rip off merchants with zero respect or standards when it comes to customers. Never again. If it's too good to be true, it is. Last thing I needed at almost full term was this stress and hassle. Disgusting practice.

SEND YOU FAULTY ITEMS THEN WILL CHARGE YOU FOR RETURNS. Customer service initially seemed helpful when they promptly investigated a problem I had with my travel cot, as the mattress seemed to have missing padding, after contacting the manufacturer they advised to allow 7 days for the mattress to fluff up, which I allowed with no improvement. I have now tried to arrange a return and keep going in circles with customer service with the same copy and paste e-mail advising me to arrange my own courier service or to book their own DPD service for £15, for a faulty item. There is also NO customer phone line despite their website saying that they do. AVOID. I’m just lucky I didn’t spend too much money here, buy from reputable stores such as Argos where returns are hassle free.

AVOID THIS COMPANY Screws were missing from the original highchair. It took 6 days for the retailer to respond to my request. A further 6 days to receive the screws which were wrong AGAIN. Still have not received the correct screws and will have had the high chair nearly 3 weeks and the issue is not resolved and completely unusable meaning we are unable to start weaning. Terrible customer service, slow to respond and solve. Can’t say how good the product is as it is unusable at present!!

Finally received my full refund, but only after chasing them with another few emails. How was the blanket found all of a sudden, after I called you out for withholding a portion of my refund because you told me I’d kept it?! Keep an eye on the amount you’re refunded - if you are lucky enough to be refunded!

This is the worst company. I ordered a cot for £190 and after waiting a month they sent the wrong cot! When I contacted them which took weeks to finally get through to someone, they told me they would collect it but I had to pay £35! So I paid £35 and waited another 6 weeks for a refund and they have refunded me but kept £16!!! So they have just had £51 of my money for nothing! I can’t understand how this company is still in business they are awful, rude and to be honest useless!

Online4Baby FINALLY accepted my return item, even acknowledging it was not a satisfactory standard - result, I thought. However, they’ve only issued a partial refund, as apparently “one of the cellular blankets was not returned” - pure lies!!! I would not, and DID NOT, keep one of the very poor quality cellular blankets. Awaiting a further refund, but doubt they’ll issue it - simply receiving automated replies again! I’ve returned plenty of items to various companies over the years without any such drama. And funny enough, all items have been received and refunded, as they should! What a shambles of a company. AVOID or be disappointed and frustrated beyond belief.

Would be very wary of using this company again! Seems like great prices until they send you the wrong product and offer nothing in the way of compensation! I ordered a Joie car seat from them and they sent a cheaper model to what I had ordered. I understand that mistakes can happen (Human error,) however they are unwilling to offer any compensation for the error. Here's why I am annoyed. I ordered the product on 27th April with next day delivery, as we had planned to use it for our trip away 2 days later. I spent all day waiting to hear about delivery only for it to turn up a day later on the 29th. After notifying them of the error, they said someone would ring me in the morning. Again I waited all day for a phone call till eventually at 12:30 someone got in contact with me. You cannot ring them and they discourage you to keep on emailing them as it adds to there work load. Sorry about that, I've just spent hours and hours waiting for you to contact me! I was told that the earliest they could collect the item was 4 days later?? Apparently DPD don't collect items the next day (Saturday) or on Sunday or bank holidays. So they are collecting the item a week after I ordered it. She ended the conversation in a very sarcastic way when I mentioned making a complaint etc, not very professional. They cannot deliver the new item when collecting the other one as they are not insured to do that! I repeatedly asked about compensation, the least they could of done was offer 10% off my next order. Stupid company policy. Own your mistakes and make amends. Surely customers won't want to order again if after mistakes like this. I for sure will not be doing! Someone from the complaints company rang me back and again I was surprised that despite apologising there was no offer for compensation. Why go to the effort of ringing me back if you cannot even offer any compensation. You have the next week for us as we do not have a car seat to use.

Disgusting customer service! Ordered a pram payed for next day delivery on Sunday! They told me DPD had lost it although DPD told me they never collected it from them! 4 days later refused a refund until I made a formal complaint and as if by magic it appeared back at their hub from DPD!! Joke of a company and not even an apology for their mistakes and poor service. AVOID

AVOID!!! Appalling quality items received in a damaged box. Moses basket arrived damaged also - snapped and sharp in places - clearly sent like this, not damaged in transit, as a the snapped bits were painted over! Not fit for purpose and extremely poorly made. Also, the cellular blankets I ordered are absolutely nothing like the photos online - definitely not almost £30 RRP!!! Requested to return the items via DPD on day received (as they state as an option in their returns policy), although this is now becoming an issue. I’m receiving automated responses and unnecessary delays in accepting my item. They also say they have not received my photo evidence of damage - I have read they have done this to previous customers too. AVOID!!!!

There prices are fantastic, after that what a mess. i have been trying to return faulty goods with them for 5 weeks. had to ring up on hold for over an over, sorted in 5 seconds, after taking further advise, on the way they run there business. They are now collecting, and hopefully get my money back. Terrible will never use again.
