“The team at the OOROO Oro Valley location did an amazing job finding out what was wrong with our car, and even found other serious issues that needed attention. Our car has not run smooth in months but now it does. They included pictures in the inspection report and the pricing was honest and fair. After I left, I called them again because I forgot to mention I signed up for their Car Club earlier that morning. They made the adjustments to the price and I ended up saving more than expected. Amazing job. The complementary shuttle service was fantastic and a life saver. Thank you OOROO Oro Valley Team! High recommend”

“(1) I appreciated being able to pick up the car at midday rather than at the end of day; (2) I liked the "Inspection results for your 2002 Buick Century Custom" service checklist. It was helpful to see what was serviced and to request additional service work that needs to be completed; (3) Suggestion: On that service checklist, consider adding something like "Tires PSI".”

“I had an outstanding experience during my car appointment today, thanks to Andre. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care. “Took our 2003 Tbird in for its annual checkup with the winter approaching us. I was greet by the service agent for my appointment without any delays. Inspection went well and they provided me a two page detail of all the items checked along with several photos of the Tbird. Highly recommend that you give OOROO a try and you won't be disappointed.”

The outcome was any brake work at this time was unnecessary! My husband has had work done at OOROO on a vehicle he previously owned. “I moved to town ten days ago, I was out driving around looking for Oro Valley Hospital. I pulled into the Walgreens next door and I was relieved to see open bays of your shop. I was really worried about my Expedition because I just drove 24 hours in three days from Bismarck ND to Tucson. My check engine light turned on when I was in the Black Hills, and would flash when I was driving up steep inclines of the Rocky Mountains pulling a Uhaul trailer. When Steven approached me he was very professional and I am very impressed with how I was treated. I was a sobbing mess trying to explain what had happened. I was so happy that they wanted to keep it over night and call the next day with some options. Dustin ordered me an Uber and I made it home safely. Early the next day Jonathan called with some good news and was very patient with me while I took notes so I could explain it to my husband in Bismarck. Steven, Dustin, and Jonathan did a phenomenal job making me understand what all of their concerns are as well as what maintenace I am looking forward to in the future. I walked in there crying and left laughing. I will happily drive 25 minutes to see you guys again for all my mechanical needs. Thank you for taking such good care of me!!!”
