“Needed to get my side window fixed and after looking around, went here and they were able to get me in the same day. Not only did they get it fixed, they took care of some other services that I was going to get taken care of another day, saving me a trip. Will be coming here again for sure with how amazing they are”

“Very pleased with OOROO! friendly staff and appreciated the good work and ride home and pick up. The only thing is my appointment was at 10 AM I did not get my car until 5.30 PM I wish they let me know it would take that long, In the future I will plan accordingly.”

“These guys are awesome. Driving for Uber, any downtime is a big loss on my income. I called late afternoon, brought my car in the morning and b4 noon they were done. Professional and very friendly service. Highly recommended !!! I found my forever Auto shop. Thanks guys !”

“The people at Ooroo in Vail, AZ are genuinely friendly and caring. They helped me get my car started and over to the shop where they checked the battery and replaced free of charge as it was still under warranty. Their shop is clean and their many certifications are up on the wall for customers to see.”

“My ac was out and called and they were able to get me in pretty quick and were able to get my ac running that same day. The staff are very nice and helpful, I like that it’s a smaller shop so it feel more personal and they care”

“This was my first time using OOROO. I’m very happy with the service. From the initial call with Frank all the way through receiving successful repair service from George. The scheduling was very easy , quick , and they had same day mobile repair service available which was a huge convenience since my Ram was completely dead with a bad / burnt alternator. They saved me from having to deal with a tow. Frank and George communicated openly with me making it a smooth process. George made the difficult task of replacing the alternator under the blazing AZ sun look simple. Which it is not. George was very efficient and knowledgeable. The cost was also very reasonable considering the quick turnaround and convenience.”

“Today, my vehicle was serviced by your mobile unit. George worked on my oil change. To be out doing this work in 100+ degree heat is not easy. He did it with a smile and was friendly and kind. He spoke highly of Ooroo and genuinely seems to enjoy his job. Every company should be lucky enough to have a loyal and kind employee like George.”
