“I recently had the opportunity to experience the exceptional service provided by Ooroo Auto Care, and I must say it's been nothing short of outstanding. My interaction with Mark truly stood out. His dedication to his craft and the customers he serves was clearly demonstrated through his earnest efforts in finding the most affordable, reliable, and long-lasting parts for my vehicle. Not only did he source cost-efficient parts, but he also ensured that they were of top-notch quality, instilling a great sense of reliability. What I particularly appreciated was Mark's willingness to guide me through the entire inspection and repair process. His patient explanations of each step greatly enhanced my understanding of the services being provided, making the entire experience transparent and instilling confidence in their work. I did notice that the interior handle of the driver's door was a bit dirty after the service. However, it was a minor issue that was easily rectified with a quick clean. It's worth mentioning that even with this, Ooroo Auto Care provided a much cleaner and efficient service compared to my previous mechanic. In conclusion, Ooroo Auto Care offers stellar customer service, particularly Mark, who goes above and beyond to ensure a satisfying and affordable repair experience. I am beyond grateful for their incredible service and will definitely be returning for any future auto care needs. Thanks, Ooroo!”

“johnathon & dustin are great 1st person greaters. very helpful and good at explaining things. repair service is always great too. and the prices for services is always a lot less than dealers. i've checked a number of times. keep up the great work.”

“I used the Oro Valley location. I had a great ooroo experience with your technician George. He kept me updated on his expected time of arrival. George is very knowledgeable and efficiently diagnosed and repaired my issue. I found him to be a very personable guy and he gladly answered all my questions. “I was referred to OOROO by a friend and am not disappointed! I received quick, courteous service when I called, and the repair was performed right in my driveway. Frank scheduled Logan to make the repair. Logan did an excellent job, knew exactly what needed to be done, and got the new starter and battery installed in record time. George helped speed the process up by going to pick up the starter at the warehouse. Everyone I spoke with at OOROO, and especially Logan and George, made an excellent professional impression I am very grateful.”

“George was quick and friendly and took care of everything that’s was needed without needing much from me which was great since I am at work. This is my first time using this service and I will absolutely be encouraging everyone I know to sign up. “What a pleasant surprise! I was offered a mobile oil change and I’m so glad I took it. They arrived on time, I didn’t have to sit in a waiting room but instead never had to leave my house, and the oil change was fast and efficient. Logan was friendly and professional.”
