“My recent visit to Ooroo in Green Valley was another example of the exemplary service that is part of their client centric culture. The work being performed on my Chrysler Town & Country involved a warranty company and there were numerous delays before receiving approval to proceed with the repairs. Throughout the process, John was a patient, persistent and effective advocate on my behalf. Once the approval was received, the management and technicians went above and beyond to ensure the repairs were completed in a timely manner. The end result was a smooth running vehicle and, once again, a very satisfied client.”

“This is the best auto repair shop EVER! I wanted to have the windshield wipers replaced as a surprise for my husband. When I called for an appointment they said I didn't need one for that, to just bring the car over and they would do it anytime. I did that and in about 10 minutes they had replaced the wipers and only charged me for the parts, no labor. Everyone there is super nice and friendly and very customer oriented. Thank you for being there OOROO!”
