“I spoke to Frank to set up my appointment with Ooroo and he was very professional and confirmed everything was in order for me as this was my first time using Ooroo. Today Logan came out to do an oil change on my car. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was very impressed at the service I received. I had a rattle I've heard and have been to multiple auto shops that told me everything was "ok". I still talked to Logan about it and he found out what the issue was. My motor mounts needed to be replaced. No other mechanic noticed and always said everything was fine. I definitely will be back and will be recommending Ooroo to others.”

“The Manager in Front Office went above and beyond…..went out to my car and fixed the computer, erasing the “Service Mobility Kit” which was driving me nuts to look at! I am a single woman, if I have a tire problem, will be calling Triple A. I will not be using a Tire Mobility Kit!”

“When I contacted OOROO I was immediately told how long it might take (which was not excessive) to work my car into their schedule. The car was ready and in good shape by the end of the day. They explained that newer cars cannot go for as long as the 40 days we had left it without being on a trickle charger due to constant self-checks going on in the background (I wish the car's manual had made this so clear). Even though the battery tested "good", they replaced it with a new one at minimum cost as a precaution.”
