“We have been trying to figure out both what we can afford, and whether to move out of our area since we are older. Open Listings is the highest quality listing service and real estate service on-line. I've always been helped quickly when I needed more information about a home. I highly recommend.!!!!”

“I'm still in the looking phase, but my experience with that has been terrific. The best thing is that I receive notifications on homes before (or even exclusively) most the traditional real estate sites. I also receive price reduction updates on those I've tagged, and my "weekend update" of which will be open Sat or Sun. Attractive site with easy navigation and all that I want, including map, street view, and the good news savings figure I would get buying through Open Listings.”

“Clean, modern UI. Reliable updates and good matching based on my search preferences. Some basic stats on how the seller's realtor usually prices and closes listings (overprice/de-lists them/etc.) would make for great insights. E.g., I've encountered several listings from one realtor who tends to greatly underprice listings and close them 50%-90% above list price.”

“I find Open Listings very useful in tracking listings. The feature of being able to find out "the story" directly from Open Listings regarding a status change of a property is very helpful. Offering a "discount" if purchasing properties through Open Listings is also a bonus.”

“The site is really user friendly; informative but not overwhelming like some other sites. The team are mostly hands-off, allowing you to do your own research, and also super responsive the minute you're ready to move forward. Customer Service is excellent, as are the listing agents they use to show you around properties. It's a much less aggressive approach than traditional realty which definitely reduced my stress levels throughout the process.”

“I must say, I use Open Listings everyday!! Having my feed filled on an hourly basis lets me see what's available in all of the areas I am interested in. I use Open Listings in conjunction with other available resources, but this is the one I always come back to. The maps are clear and the photographs enlarge so that I can see every detail!”
