“There were some concerns: the frame was nice but it had a nick on the side which was very obvious - see attached photo. The mat also had a big dent in the bottom which thankfully we could hide but it did make framing it harder. Adding the mat also made it very hard to secure the clasps at the back as if it was too tight and one of the clasps broke. In future I would advise that you package your products more carefully with extra padding and give the product more clearance to allow for the mat to sit properly.”

“I love opposite wall frames and have purcahsed them multiple times. Top quality acrylic "glass", you really can't tell it's not glass when looking at it. That being said I'm excited to see they now offer some frames with real glass.”
