“I love Opposite Wall and have also purchased frames a few years ago now. I was disappointed with how dark the dark oak is and it now doesn't match what I had purchased before. Unfortunately I opened the packaging. I've attached a picture. Just wondering if it's a mistake of I purchased the wrong frame and can switch them. I checked your website but it looks like it's either the dark one or a very light colour.”
“Coloured frames are great! Prices are reasonable. Oak frames leave something to be desired. Really think you should start selling mirrors in your vintage frames! They’d look so good.”

J'ai eu l'impression que les réponses (par courriel) n'étaient pas écrites par un francophone maitrisant la langue (ce qui n'est pas super important en soi, mais..)
Par contre, la livraison a été très très rapide (24heures) avec un emballage très soigné.
La couleur et la qualité du cadre sont très belles et sont très appréciées.
Vous devez persister à proposer des encadrements couleur et fantaisie. Merci.”
“The prints are lovely (good, thick paper, quality print job, etc.), but I was disappointed by the frames. A couple of the metal frames were dirty, one had scratches on acrylic sheet (the "glass") that even got through the protective film, and one had a small gauge in the frame that I had to paint to hide. I should have returned them all, but I was worried they'd end up in the trash, so I fixed what I could.”
“I had to trim most of my prints by hand to fit inside my frames. Most frames are 11x14 so the 12x16 wasn’t ideal. The website says it takes 7-10 business days. It ended up taking almost 4 weeks to get my order. Had I know the real timeline I would have ordered elsewhere. The prints are somewhat blurry and could be more clear/ focused. The paper quality is okay. Two of the prints are darker than they were on the website.”
