“Frames look great! The only issue I had with one (I bought three in total) is the mat I purchased with the frame didn’t sit nice and flush. So the picture kept sliding behind. I tapped the picture to the frame. So now it’s not sliding anymore but again the mat isn’t flush with the glass.”

“Beautiful art and nice frame. My plastic has a good scratch in it though and it’s almost impossible to wipe the dust off the inside of it. I’ve had to clean it off several times and it still isn’t perfect. Looks amazing though!”

“The prints I ordered arrived well packaged and in beautiful condition. I ordered 8 12 x 16 prints of various grass/nature images, and they were exactly as advertised. Shipping was within the eta I was given. I am so happy with my prints, and I love supporting Canadian businesses! Will definitely order from Opposite Wall again.”

“Bonjour, Première fois que je commandais sur opposite wall. Ma commande est arrivée dans un délai très raisonnable, et je ne suis vraiment pas déçue du résultat. L’image est super belle, sur un carton qui semble être de très bonne qualité. Ça fait vraiment beau dans le cadre que je m’étais acheté auparavant, donne le look que je cherchais. Je n’hésiterais pas à faire un autre commande.”

“I had a hard time finding a good quality 20x20 frame, but was glad to find one on Opposite Wall. The quality is great and it was packed safely and securely. It arrived a day ahead of schedule. My print looks great in it. Very pleased with the experience.”

“Great frames, great customer service. My frames came damaged on the corner, I emailed pictures and they promptly sent out replacements. With addition of custom mat.ca your pictures look fantastic in these frames. Tabs at the back are also very easy to open snd close for switching out pictures and the hanging hardware is sturdy, good quality. Love them. Second time purchasing and will be buying again.”

“Product is as described and great quality at an affordable price. Would be nice to see stock kept up as most items I wanted to purchase were out of stock, but that could be for many different reasons so I didn't fault them in my star rating.”

“A little disappointed by the quality of the posters. One of my posters looked like the ink was running out and there was some sort of stain on the poster (maybe from being pressed up against another poster). I was also disappointed to find out the 30% discount did not apply to the frames. Don't think I would have purchased it from here otherwise. It is too much of a hassle to do returns for me, but I won't be purchasing from here in the future.”

“I ordered two prints and one was fine but the other I wasn't happy with. The print I ordered was a 12 by 16 but the actual picture was only 10 by 12 which resulted in the picture looking off when hung on my gallery wall as all other prints were framed with matting to the edge of the picture. It would be useful if they could outline the size of the print and then the size of the paper it's printed on if they differ by a lot.”
