“After 47 years with strong glasses it is a suprise when I notice I am not wearing glasses. Now I can read the shampoo bottle in the shower and do no longer wash my hair with the coinditioner! Cannot pass a mirror whithout without looking in........................... Miraculous. Many thanks for the wide, all round vision. Bob.”

“I was apprehensive at first as there is no going back once you have this operation, but I found the operation completely painless and only mildly uncomfortable for the 24 hours afterward. The aim was to relieve me of wearing glasses permanently during my waking hours and this was achieved. The surgeon and operating staff at Shepherd's bush were excellent, I would recommend this procedure to anyone who decided to rid themselves of having to wear glasses all the time.”

“I am very impressed with the professional staff here, they are polite, friendly, informative. Clinic was very smart and clean, all equipment was cleaned infront of me, hands washed, all staff looked very smart and were very professional.”

“All in all I am glad that I had the procedure. The staff have been very efficient and helpful. My eyes are still a little sensitive and I am still suffering from glare and halos but it is still early days. I am sure that there will be more improvement when things have settled. I am feeling very hopeful.”

“Over all I knew besause my eye sight was very bad -7.5 in both eyes, that it might not work the first time. Going for the 2nd op, I was not sure if it would work either, was dreading the thought of the pain again :). Have to say the pain is worth it, as they say no pain on game! After three days of the op, the imporvements were much quicker and different Thanks to all :)”

“The process went very quick and efficient I cant recommend it high enough, my vision is now near perfect and life is a lot easier and I just generally feel more free with everything i do, The staff at optical express were easy to talk too and very easy going, making my treatement altogether a lot smoother and stress free - very satisfied”

“Thrilled with my recent surgery which took place on the 2nd and 9th of February - changed my life - I cant believe the difference. Completely painless and better than 20:20 in both eyes. Information prior to excellent and care during procedure excellent. I would highly recommend.”

“From the first time I walked into the clinic the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Every stage of treatment has been explained fully and I have been put at ease about any questions I have asked. I would happily recommend Optical Express to any of my friends or family and just wish I had come in years sooner.”

“When I went to have my eyes sorted out I was so worried but the staff at Bristol where so nice and sat with me and told me all about the op, and when I went back the next week I knew what was going to happen I was a very happy lady. This was the best thing a have brought in my whole life everyone should go and have the op. NO MORE GLASSES IN MY LIFE what could be better I say. My experience is 5 stars”

“I was put at ease by the staff and they answered all of my questions. The surgery was quick and the aftercare has been thorough. I am pleased with my vision. I wish I had laser eye surgery sooner! Two of my friends have already had laser eye surgery after hearing about my experience.”

“It was very professional, staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the overall experience much easier to deal with in the initial instance. The actual surgery was very quick and pain free which was a relief post-op, and recovery time was very rapid. Ive worn glass for over 20 years so now I almost feel like anew person altogether. I would most certainly recommend laser eye surgery to anyone who wears glasses, it is the best investment I have ever made :-)”
