“I was wearing glasses over 5 years, and always wanted to get rid of them. I accepted this opportunity to make a laser eye surgery. To be honest, I was really scared and worried about surgery. But now I am more then happy, because it has changed my life. I don't need to wear glasses or contact lenses anymore. I can just wake up and go wherever I want, without any discomfort...

“It hasn't been as easy as I'd hoped but I'm pleased I went for it. I suffered with dry eyes after my first op and my vision regressed slightly within a couple of weeks, before becoming stable at a 20% regression 12-18m later. I had an enhancement 18m later, and was very pleased the surgeon was able to perform LASIK again instead of the LASEK I was booked in for and I am really pleased with the result. So it's been a long haul, but worth the wait as my vision is now as good as it was with lenses (better than 20/20) without them. So thank you.”

“The first few days after the procedure were more painful than I expected. I couldn't open my eyes much at all for two days and after that I continued to have severe dryness and pain. After a week I became more confortable and my vision finally started to improve slowly. It is now one month after the procedure and I am very happy with my vision but still have dryness and a lot of pain in the morning.
I have been pleased with the service offered by Optical Express. The Optomitrists are very professional and considerate. They gave me many different types of drops to help cure the dryness. My one complaint about the service is that the receptionists were unprofessional on two of my visits.
