“Throughout the whole experience from the start I have met very friendly and informative staff that have made this journey very easy and comfortable. The operations themselves were very quick and efficiently done. The post treatment has been excellent and well received.”

“From being -7.5 in both eyes to having better than 20:20 vision in both eyes is amazing! Being able to wear sunglasses and swimming underwater without any worries, is the best feeling in the world. Staff were all brilliant throughout the process, the surgeon, the receptionists and the review staff. Thankyou :)”

“Everything was explained fully, all queries and worries answered. The only downside was travelling so far for appointments, especially for the day after check up which was only for a few minutes and travelling Malvern to Bristol for this took alot of time. Overall the care (number of aftercare appointments} was better than expected, the operation was completely painless and I suffered no discomfort at all afterwards. The results are brilliant and I really appreciate not having to think about having glasses with me all lthe time!!”

“it has changed my life not having to look for my glasses in a morning, for them not to steem up after going out in the cold and when i open the oven! I feel much more confident and better in my self. Would highly recommend anyone having it done.”

“I can't believe how quick, easy and relatively painless the whole experience has been. The staff at OE hasve all been great and the surgery itself was fine. Aftercare has been brilliant and I now have better eyesight than I ever had before!”

“It was the best decision I've ever made to do this surgery! I couldnt be more happy with my vision now. I would do it over again especialy with such a good specialists and everyone being so nice and understanding. It is worth every penny! ;) I would definatelly recomend optical express to everyone.”

“My whole experience has been better than i could have expected. From my very first visit through to the procedure and my follow up appointments i've felt that everyone have been exceptional. The procedure i was nervous beforehand but i was made to feel at such ease and wouldnt hesitate having it done all over again. Thank You Everyone!”

“the operation was fine, but within afew minutes, i experienced extreme pain. this lasted for up to 5 hours and needed pain relief. I am experiencing very dry eyes, but this is being managed with regular drops. The eyesight is good and i am pleased with the end product.”
