“I have been shopping at the Optimum health for over 20 years. Last week, I received excellent customer service by two of their staff , their names are Cheryl and Lido. Cheryl helped me choose the right supplements by offering her knowledge. The owner, Mr. John Biggs, his employees are dedicated to helping all their customers in buying natural supplements, their stores are fully stocked with a wide selection of products. I never found the staff trying to make a sale, I found their priority is customers wellbeing, customers getting the right info to make an informed choices/decisions. I wish, Mr. Biggs, his staff continued success as time unfolds. Cheryl showed integrity, patience, in serving me and my daughter. Lido was polite, hardworking employee. Jessica, Jessy, other staff are equally knowledgeable, always walking extra miles because they take pride in the job well done. Optimum staff is interested in educating their customers, improving health by taking natural products, their goals are genuine, they are blessing to all customers who believe in natural healing methods. May God help them reach their goals everyday. I wish them success and progress always.”

“Jolene at South Edmonton branch is a customer service rock star! She went to great lengths looking into sourcing a hard to find item for me and made me feel important and cared for! You can trust that she will listen to you and treat you with the same care and attention! I will definitely seek her help again in the future! Thank you for your help!”

“I live in Ontario. I purchased an item while visiting in Edmonton April 25. Eucalyptus Steam pucks a cleansing vapour for the shower. When I opened the jar in the store the smell was awesome. A pricy item. By the time I got home unpacked and finally used the product I purchased…I was NOT satisfied with the results.No eucalyptus scent. When I contacted the Koyla store ..to make a long story short I was told “SORRY “they have a 15 day policy for returns. It was a pricy item with absolutely no vapour results in the shower or sauna. I got hosed. Just a money grab I will never shop there again”

“Visit the makeup counter and if shopping for makeup they will cleanly sample makeup shades with you. They can order in products they are out of stock of. Relaxing shopping experience in the makeup chair! Don't forget there is a discount/clearance shelf!”
