“I’ve been a loyal supporter of Optimum Health for years. I used to work just a few blocks away from their Sherwood Park Store, so I’d visit regularly, but recently I’ve moved away. Despite the distance, I still continue to support them by purchasing online because of the great quality and service they provide. Highly recommend!”

“I have been shopping at Optimum Health & Kolya for 15 years. The high standard of products and the knowledge that the staff share is exceptional. Inquiring about products usually has me feeling as though I have had a one on one with a wholistic practitioner. You will always find the latest new products to come into the market - on the shelves at Optimum Health. There are many Canadian Brands which is great. “I purchased the Change toothpaste tablets which I have used in the past. Sadly you don’t sell the ones with fluoride in them. They are very good and don’t have a disgusting fluoride taste that some toothpastes have. I ordered them over the internet and got the package sent the next day. Well done! The cinnamon flavoured tablets easily crumble some some are basically dust but I will still use the powder. Waste not want not.”
