“Having ordered items from Ormskirk Pets previously with no issues on delivery was great. On this occasion there was a major issue with Evri couriers and it is situations like this that decides whether a company is good or bad. In this instance Ormskirk Pets went above and beyond and sorted the issue out. I totally recommend Ormskirk Pets.”

“Very dissatisfied customer, ordered x 2 12kg bags of Lilys kitchen dried dog food. On arrival both open bags. I requested a collection, was asked are they usable ! For £144 for both bags not acceptable. I requested 50% discount was offered £25. Will never order again from this company.”

“Perfect experience - running low on supplies so made an online order for collection at the warehouse. Asked for it to be processed as soon as possible and within half an hour I had a notification to say it was ready for collection. Great service and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ based on this.”

“I bought a Kong jumbly toy for my dog within 5 minutes of him playing with it. The squeaker fell out. I reported it to these people and they basically sent me all the information that I needed to do it myself through Kong. Not very good customer service at all. Legally they are responsible but decided not to be, very disappointed in them.”
