“Best shop for Pet foods and treats, we have five dogs, mum, dad and three puppies who all look forward to seeing the box of treats arrive. We think Ormskirk Pets are an excellent choice for prices and goods which are fantastic. The next day delivery is brilliant. So pleased to have found the website, I have been passing on the name to friends who have animals. Well done Ormskirk Pets, a very happy family here.”

“First time ordering from Ormskirk but not the last! Splendid service, particularly when I requested they don't use a certain courier resulting in a last minute switch to Royal Mail, meaning I received the order promptly. Thank you! My cats love the Applaws Tuna with Seaweed in jelly but not everywhere sells it; a Google search for it brought me to this company who were selling it for a reasonable price. Tried them with Applaws Tuna and Prawn as a change but they are not keen as it has a high rice content (I don't think manufacturers get the fact that rice is a grain and aren't we avoiding grains?), so a different make next time.”

“I highly recommend Ormskirk Pets. It’s always nice to be able to buy from small businesses but can be more expensive. However, my experience with this small company has offered excellent competitive prices for both the dog and cat food I love to buy. Ordering is easy and you also get a prompt delivery service.”

“I was really disappointed with the response I received after purchasing the good boy big eyed face Ball and peas in a pod for my dog, instead of helping solve the issue the company told me they 'wouldn't have recommended" the toys for a parsons terrier after I already brought them, I will add my boy has one of the big eyed face balls already which he has had for 6 months or more however it is coming to the end of it life, there was also lack of accountability no offer of a refund or replacement just a vague promise of future suggestions this feels more like a brush off. I reached out after the toys broke almost immediately only to be told that the brands they sell good boy don't guarantee their products so essentially nothing can be done it felt like they were just passing the blame instead of standing behind what they sell, I understand toys can wear out but if products fail so quickly there should a least be a gesture of good will, I was told I should supervise play more carefully. Not impressed with the service or accountability”
