“Amazing customer service. First order was damaged by Royal Mail but customer service went above and beyond to ensure that the order was with me within a couple of days which was in time for our holiday. Not tried the lights yet will post again to let you know if we lost our Weimaraner 😊”

“I’ve been a customer for some time now, and never had any reason to contact you In the past few weeks I’ve had 3 deliveries and all have been damaged I’ve contacted your customer support and as a result I was resupplied with the missing items On the last damage my account was credited I’ve replied to all emails from customer support and all I’ve received is the standard reply It’s got to start with packing and transporting the package I’m a good customer and supported you I’m now thinking off leaving and looking for a new solution to this problem”
