I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star...didn't receive my trainers. Total scam!!! Trying to get a refund

Non-existent shipping department. Ordered two seven days ago and they still haven't shipped probably end up sending them back if they ever arrived. I suggest you order from another company.

DO NOT BUY. These are NOT reputable shoes made by a reputable company. I found them by doing a Google search for "waterproof boots". The cheap price enticed me. I know better than that. What a mistake. Now I'm stuck w a pair of very poorly made boots, of poor material. They're a tad short in the toe, and I bought the size I typically buy in boots. They have NO arch support to speak of. The sole feels like a piece of cardboard between my feet and the ground. It took 16 days to get them. They came from China. I did not know that. I never would have purchased them had I known they were coming from China. It makes no sense to return them. I would end up wasting more than the $50 I already wasted. I could have used that on a real pair of shoes. Lesson learned. Won't happen again.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have purchased. There are several inserts included but there is not arch support. The non tie laces do not work if you have to use the top holes to tie your shoes. They recommend a break in pattern of 2 hours a day, then 4 hours, etc. The more that I wore them, the worse they hurt my feet. As a nurse comfortable shoes are a priority. I have plantar fascititis and flat feet. I do not recommend these at all.

Attention. Impossible de retourner les chaussures. 5 mails sans réponse pour recevoir l'adresse de retour en Chine. Le tel ne répond pas. J'ai acheté Chaussures marche à enfiler. Gris/ 40 La semelle est dure et fait mal pour mes pieds douloureux. Le bout de la chaussure est douloureux aussi. La taille est trop grande. Attention avant d'acheter. 46€ perdu. Diane B. France

The insoles are great, but the shoes stink. ordered a pair for myself and wife, when we opened the boxes the chemical smell was overwhelming, we had to put them out side over night and it still didnt get all the smell out. The shoes are the cheapest thing i have ever bought. my feet felt like i was wearing my shoes untied and when i pull the laces tight it didnt help. Very disappointed i have read lots of reviews about how good these shoes are but i think its the insole people like. The shoe itself is walmart quality and we are very unhappy, going to send back.

My son paid $125 for the sneakers they worked OK for the first two months then they stretched out all over they don’t even hold my feet in. They give a 60 day moneyback guarantee or exchange and I know why. Because after two months they’re garbage, and they don’t stand behind their product after 60 days so beware they’re not worth the money by any means. He wanted to buy me a different type of sneaker I talked him into buying me these and I’m very sorry that I did

This company says on their site that your order will be shipped out in 48 hrs from the time it's placed. Well, that was 5 weeks ago & l still didn't get my sneakers. These shoes come from China & are shipped to a distribution center in NJ. l wish l would have looked into that before ordering. I was hornswoggled by their site saying items ship out in 48 hrs assuming it was state side. My fault for not reading reviews first.

bought sneakers, comfortable shoes until the cheap velcro stopped working ,contacted these people and was told the velcro wears out out and i was on my own,further contact said they will reimburse me if i can find a cobbler that will fix the problem ,well good luck finding a cobbler,will never buy from this bunch again .

Only one shoe made it out of the box. A 120 some dollar shoe, and you can tell they were made in China. Incredibly cheap quality, crappy plastic arch support, and the insoles we just the worst. We sent them back the same day. If we are going to pay that kind of money, we'll go pay for a pair of Brooks, New Balance, Sketchers, or something else well made from the Good Feet Store. We feel duped by the ad, and the last time we'll buy something like this without being able to look at it first.

1: Had a great experience with 1st pair (after 2 days). Ordered a 2nd pair. 2. By the time 2nd pair arrived, 1st pair had "lost" their appeal????? 3. Tried 2nd pair....not at ALL worth what I paid. 4. Called "Return" and spoke with "Diana"...very rude. Will return and go to OrthoFeets' major competitor.

Don't trust to OrthoFeet company!!! They lie to customers about delivery time. The letter promised to deliver inside of the USA during 3 -10 days. However, it took 21 days to deliver (as they said, by FEDEX!!!!) my shoes from NJ to CA. Believe it or not, in addition to this frustration WRONG SHOES were delivered! Customer service is USELESS. Everybody understands what this is a difficult time now, especially for delivery. Why OrthoFeet cannot honestly apologize on their website to all potential customers, explaining that they are not CAPABLE to deliver in 3-10 days! To be honest with the customer - will have much better feedback, that your constant exaggeration of how OrthoFeet is great is their product and customer service. At the end of the day, OrthoFeet will lose many potential customers, and maybe this will be a lesson for the CEO - to reappoint new management and customer surface. Stop lying to customers -it will bring more success!!!! OrthoFeet online chat can't communicate with customers, a complete waste of customer's time.

Terrible company. Purchased three sets of men's slippers on Nov 30. They were supposed to ship within 3 to 7 days. As of Dec 19th still no shipping confirmation. I have called several times, and am told they are shipping the next day. There is no way they will be here in time for Christmas. Very unreliable company. I feel scammed.

delivered 3 weeks late wrong size socks. So frustrating. Ordered small and rec'd xsmall, which isn't even on the website. ordered xl and rec'd L this is not ok. I called and they could care less. The online chat can't access anything so its a complete waste of time.

I wanted to love the shoes that I ordered from Orthofeet (Women's "Arcadia') and couldn't wait to get them, but instead I was extremely disappointed. Their listing claimed that the fit was "true to size" so I ordered my normal size, but they were more than an inch too long and also too wide, so I didn't even stand up with them on. Then I was even more disappointed with the return/exchange process. I did receive a return shipping label with the shoes but the instructions that came with the shoes said that I had to take the package to the shipper, which was a big problem for me as I am disabled and very high risk for Covid-19. This is exactly why I do my shopping online and have my purchases delivered to my home, and I have never encountered any retailer who required returns to be processed differently than the way they were delivered. The instructions also said that only one exchange is allowed, so I was confused as to what would happen if the next size I tried was still too big. I contacted customer service and waited at least 3 days for a reply but never heard anything from them. After receiving no response, I looked at the return instructions on the website and found that I could have them picked up by the shipper, but that I would be charged a fee, which I thought was utterly ridiculous. Since I was certainly not going to simply throw away such an expensive pair of shoes that I couldn't even take one step in, and I was also not going to pay a fee to return them (especially since the error was not my fault as I had ordered my normal size), I finally I filled out the return slip to exchange them for a smaller size and had someone come to my home in the middle of a pandemic to pick them up and deliver them to the shipper. Now, more than a week after they received them back, there is still absolutely no indication in my account that they have even been received for exchange, and I have not heard one word from anyone at Orthofeet. My account simply says "fulfilled" and nothing else. Trying to contact them seems to be impossible and they refuse to answer my emails and on-site contacts so, at this point, it looks like my only alternative is to file a dispute with my bank to have my money refunded. Sadly, I had two more pairs picked out to purchase after trying this pair but, needless to say, I would never order anything from this company again.

My sister ordered a pair of orthofeet shoes for me. I have neuropathy and I have constant pain. I cannot find a pair of shoes that feel good on my feet. She thought these might be good for me. She ordered them. She received an email for when they would be delivered. When we got them, I found them to be a bit too small. She sent them back. I believe this was in May. We have received neither the replacement shoes, nor a refund. Their reps insist that they delivered the replacement pair. This is a lie. There has been no email informing of any delivery nor have we received the shoes. Someone is doing something wrong, and illegal at this company. My sister has been cheated out of her money and we still have no shoes. I would never trust this company again. I just want my shoes or my sisters money refunded. Rip off company in my opinion.
