“This was my second order with Ottawa Flowers. Both for sympathy arrangements. While this experience was not as seamless as the first it was still a fairly good experience.”

“Called in to get some advice and choosing a pacakge. Was told it was only free delivery if ordered online. It's felt (and is) and incentive not to bother in house staff.”

“Very disappointed in the look of the flowers that I sent to a very dear friend. I ordered a dozen yellow roses. She received a tight bunch of so-called roses that looked more like carnations. I was very disappointed.”

“I ordered a casket spray for my Mom. I had doubts about online without being able to the arrangement in person. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, just like the picture on the website. I received many complements. The arrangement arrived on time. Would recommend and will be my go-to florist in the future”

“Associate on phone was excellent,. I usually ask for the Designers Choice and have never been disappointed. I order the flowers in Thunder Bay and they are picked up in Ottawa so I only see a picture. The recipient is always amazed.”

“Flowers not delivered on time was supposed to get an upgrade b!!!! Never did never get the 10% off by ordering onlline the fruits was delivered in a box instead of baskets and They were not fredh at all i will never but never order from that place !!!! What a hoke for 152$$$”
