“I was not happy with the contents of the basket for the price of the basket. I could have built one better from the grocery store, both the bananas and pears were bruised, and the crackers were standard. Not truly gourmet. Also, it was delivered at 10:30 PM, slightly inconvenient.”

“Very helpful and accommodating staff. Online ordering made easy. Called to change pick up time and it was changed without issues. Absolutely stunning arrangements and worth every dime. The photos seen online are pretty well what you get, when upgrading to deluxe or premium you really do get your money's worth. Thank you so much and will definitely be back again when I need to purchase floral arrangements and bouquets.”

“The flowers are beautiful and always are to satisfaction. The delivery service is horrific. We opted for same delivery order early in the day (8 am). Our delivery person arrived close to midnight, woke our ten year old out of bed after repeated knocks and doorbell rings, and caused our household significant stress. All of this despite our saying that the 'next day' was ok when ordering. No contact was made throughout the day to let us know the delivery would arrive so late. Completely unprofessional and as a consequence we will never use this service again. If you choose to use this service opt for the pickup option.”

“Ottawa Flowers made the most amazing arrangements for our wedding, we were extremely impressed. The customer service was exceptional, the ordering process was easy and they delivered exactly what we ordered. The flower arrangements were stunning and our guests were blown away, we got many compliments on the flowers. I would recommend Ottawa Flowers to everyone.”

“I would highly recommend for anyone looking for flowers to go visit this location!! The customer service is excellent.
