“Very disappointed Purchased a reel online , heard nothing for a week, I then contacted Ottos and got told there was an issue I called back the next day and was told the item was not in stock and I would receive a refund I then asked about the next size down which Also showed in stock, I was then told they were out of stock as well. Very disappointed which added extra stress to a recent fishing trip. The refund came back to my account fast without issue Overall after purchasing several items over the years. I’ve lost faith in the company and will Use local retail outlets in the future”

“Called to check stock and the guy was too lazy to do so, all he said was “if its online then it will be in stock”. I ordered a premium rod as the advertised it online which cost nearly $200 and they sent me a $80 What a joke! Now i have been waiting more than 2 weeks for them to organise a pick up and get my money back. This could have been avoided if the staff wasn’t soo lazy”

“The EBAY page regarding squid jigs from Ottos's tackle world is ambiguous and suggested that a pack was for sale, not an individual jig. This is most probably purposefully misleading and as such deserves a very poor review. Shame on you.”

“Recently made a $800+ purchase and found out 8hrs later l could have saved over $100 because of a 48hr special sale. Hoping to get some acknowledgement of this and a little further reduction I was basically told. “That’s business “. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT ATTITUDE It indicates how much they value their customers compared to making a bigger profit!!!”

“I ordered a 10ft Shimano Eclipse on line after shopping around and found Otto's was the cheapest--- I did not receive a confirmation invoice detailing my order---What arrived was a 5ft 6in Shimano Eclipse with no invoice attached.So I checked their web site ,it said the 10ft were out of stock.I have sent a complaint via their web page but i have had no response as yet.Really ticked off.They also have my name as Gary Gary instead of just Gary--perhaps they need a new web designer/administrator or maybe it is just a way of scamming.”
