About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Whether you're planning a weekend beach trip or the big lap around Oz, getting prepped can feel like a mission. We're here to make it simple. From expert guides and part finders to trusted advice and helpful customer service, we’re your starting point for any off-grid adventure.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

“The spare tyre cover fits great, although the delviery was on the second cover ordered was quite tardy with the cover apparently not in stock when ordered. The first cover ordered arrived in a couple of days rather as with the second cover, a couple of weeks.”

“Pots and frypan are very nice to cook with. They are a good size for my needs. Detachable handles are very secure. The only downside is that the plastic lids do not clip securely onto the saucepans so great care is needed if using a pot to store leftover food in a fridge.”

“Good website and products except it wasn't clear that some goods were not in stock and delayed my order being sent. Only found out when I phoned after waiting 2 weeks. Staff member was very good when I phoned and explained the delay. Overall I'm happy with the products I brought at good pricing just would like a little more communication for delivery times.”
