“I was having difficulty navigating the website regarding application of the discount code for shipping. When I called the company directly the matter was abruptly discounted by the staff, leaving me to wonder about customer service.”

“You guys usually have 2-3 calibers im looking for out of 4-5, so that helps getting more than 1 caliber per store and saving on shipping. However, the big bore ammo prices are still pretty insane, and if you're not careful in selecting which deal for which category, you can totally end up overcharging yourself/ not saving as much as possible. Just have to be careful, and keep your eyes out for deeper sales. Consistent good service! Always friendly peoples! So thank you a million for that!”

“The order was confirmed and shipping notification via FedEx was sent the next day. It took 10 days, two phone calls, an email and a text message before the package was shown to be picked up by FedEx. When you have $750 in ammo on the line you do not want these shipments to get lost in transit. If I had not been following the order I do not think I would have received any notification of a delayed shipment from Outdoor Limited.”

“Prices were average. It took 3 tries to get a hold of customer service, they can only be reached by email. Make sure you have your order correct it was extremely difficult to get it changed even immediately after placing it. I mistakenly ordered the wrong caliber. Everything I received in my order was correct and delivery was approximately 1 week. Packaging was good.”

“Was expecting to receive a free knife as my email said it would be added to my order. I even got an email 2 days after my order with the same offer. I emailed customer service and they said they were out??? How can you he out when your still promoting it. They would not send the knife I was supposed to get. Love outdoor limited but not happy with the last order. They had the chance to make this right and didn't. They lost out on a $1200 order that same week because of a free knife.”
