“Never had to use you guys before this COVID thing. Always got what I needed at Academy Sports and Outdoors or Bass Pro Shop. Have purchased from y’all twice now, and the second purchase you increased your prices by 200%. I’d call that “Price Gouging”. Also your order processing a bit slow, even with what’s happening.”

“Egyptian 8mm Mauser ammunition should be listed as "parts only". Ordered 150rds, 75% of them wouldn't fire. The ones that did fire were hangfires. I would not recommend purchasing this unless you just want the projectiles for reloading. It's berdan primed as well so the primers can't simply be replaced unfortunately.”

“Took close to 23 days before I got a notice that you shipped...I had my doubts that my order would come....Even in this craziness it should have never taken that longer...Charging 10 extra to be put at the head of the line is a little like extortion to me.”

“Items are over priced but not as high as some other sites. I understand this is due to the shortage and demand of ammo. I will keep checking the site but I won't buy anymore ammo at the present or higher prices.”

“I knew it would cost more now for ammo. But 4 times what I usually pay at your competitor! Ammo had 4 duds in first 100 I shot. A new customer with you. Not too happy with Outdoor.”

“Pricing was very acceptable given the deep shortage of 12 gauge ammunition (of quality). The reason for the lower rating has nothing to do with product or pricing, it is shipping. I ordered the product 8/17 and the system said shipped 8/23 - Federal Express(home). FedEx delivered on 9/2. The shipping location, the FedEx facility, and my home are LESS THAN 25 miles apart. I emailed the company about the delay and they simply responded that FedEx had delivered the product on 9/2. Outdoor Limited should have asked FedEx what the delay was as it sat in the FedEx facility for over a week. Really my beef is with FedEx but Outdoor Limited is their customer and thus the 3 stars instead of 5 which is what they would have earned if things had gone smoothly. The order number was #881367.”
