“Took twice as long as it said to arrive, and about one misfire per 50 shots”

“The Red Army ammo has steel casings and I didn't know that when I ordered. If I go to the indoor range near me I have to take a lane next to the wall and keep the steel casing separated from the brass on the floor and put in trash before leaving. That is acceptable I guess but kind of a hassle.”

“Way too expensive but in these times it is what it is. Don’t like the fact that if I pay 9.99 I get in two days. If I don’t pay I get in 14 days. But hey corona.”

“I ordered from them because they showed inventory on hand. I understand the demand issues. It was a few days before my order was processed. That is fine, but I only knew that because they debited my account. I kept checking the status of my order after that and it never changed. I complained about being charged and my account not showing shipped. After that, I used their tracking information and and had a similar issue. Shipped FEDEX, took almost a week to arrive.”

“The ammo and can are nice but whoever boxed it just put the boxes of ammo in loose in the steel ammo box. By the time it arrived the bullets were broke out of the cardboard boxes and all loose. Since it was in the steel ammo box none lost but some packing materials would have prevented. No worries.”

“I was gonna do poor but decided since it was cheap I'd go with acceptable. ALL the packages were torn open with the rounds falling everywhere. So that's annoying for storing them on a shelf and in my bag like normal.”

“Ammo is excellent, but shipping is really slow. I suggest the company hire more people to get orders out within 3 days. Waiting for ammo in this day of age is uncalled for because of all the delivery companies in business can deliver within 3 days.”

“Received text with instructions for pickup. Text early for arrival as requested. Upon arrival, sent another text. No one answered for about 15-20 minutes. This is borderline acceptable.”

“I normally would give a five star rating but my last purchase came to me a week after I was told it would arrive. I contacted both Outdoor Limited and Fedex for an explanation as to why their was such a delay, however neither company responded. I hope to have better service in the future.”
