“I come home from work , it was pouring down rain , just to find my ammo i purchased sitting in a soaked cardboard box on my front steps, wasnt very pleased .”

“Customer service was quick and my package arrived on time how ever it looked like my box was busted open in transit and I was missing some ammo and the customer service rep said they couldn't replace the ammo only refund me”

“I have been trying to order all different calibers , mostly everything is out of stock and I put my email in to be notified. I paid for free shipping and I am going to other sources to get my ammo, this needs to be improved”

“Ordered and received product in timely manner. May've had my card number stolen from purchase. Fraud was attempted within an hour of outdoor limited HQ in NC. This is the only purchase I've even made in that state so not sure if its coincidence.”

“My complaint is that the manner in which the ammunition was packed was not sufficient to withstand the abuse that UPS delivered to the box. I had several individual boxes of ammunition broken open because the box had clearly been dropped multiple times. Too much weight was put into one box”
