“I was given dates to receive the product yet I recurved it about 5 days later. I understand that there is a ship time right on the web site when you order but they should not be giving dates if they will not be met”

“The ammo arrived 7 days after the original delivery date. FedEx was supposed to deliver it. However, a guy in a gray T-shirt and driving a Penske truck delivered the package. My handgun won’t rack after firing the loaded magazine. I’ve read a number of Internet articles that is common with this brand and grain of ammunition. I’ll try 124 grain in the future. One positive is the 50 round boxes have a smaller profile than other brands so I can carry more boxes in my gun bag more easy. I can get a good grouping on target as well.”

“After 12 days of no movement on my order, I emailed and then had to call to verify shipping address. No communication from the seller side. If I would not have reached out, I doubt the shipping would have happened yet.”

“I was told that Outdoor Limited was a good place to shop by someone who worked in Academy Sport Greensboro NC locations for bullets. I order my bullets online because the stores where close because of Covid-19. I order 380 ammunition and 50 bullets was $42 or $43 and some change. I wasnt to impress with the price and no it wasn't the expensive bullets like sig.”

“The new way of getting LOCAL PICKUP is a real Pain in the Posterior. I do not know if or when the AMO is really ready for pickup until I get the actual text and then only have 48 hours to get it before it goes back to stock. There HAS to be a better way to let locals know the status of their order then WAIT for a text that may never come. This "shipment" took 5 days from the order to "Shipped" to text! I know you guys are busy but this is just a lot of waiting and I live in an area where my phone sometimes misses calls.”
