“I know covid-19 has slowed things but when items are in stock at the time of ordering it shouldn't take two weeks for delivery. I've ordered things during this covid-19 and nothing has taken this long.”

“Did not specify that it was reloaded ammo. Packaging was like someone just dumped the shells in a box, not a safe way to transport live ammo.”

“This was my first time ordering on-line for personal pick-up. The total order took over two weeks, but I wasn't sure if that was due to COVID and/or the ammo shortage. Long story short, while I did recieve a "shipped" email notification shortly after my order, I never received a text letting me know the order was ready for pick-up. Zoe contacted me by email to see if I was still interested in the order. Once that was established, I was there the next morning. From Zoe's email Monday to pick-up yesterday morning, everything was definitely FIVE STARS. Zoe was totally helpful and the ammo appeared in the back of my car as advertised after a brief wait. I guess somehow the text fell through the cracks. My number is correct in my account. No crisis. I'll do the on-line/personal pick up again. I look forward, as I'm sure y'all do to the day when your showroom opens again.”

“Shipping takes way to long! My last order took over 6 days to ship! The shipment before I payed for it be expedited fee, the extra $9.99 to get it shipped faster and it still took 5 days to ship. Tried to call too figure out why I was still getting charged and never got anyone on the phone.”

“Due to high volume of orders, there was about a week delay between placing the order and shipping - totally understandable under in current pandemic and protest environment. Would have given 4 stars except, upon opening package, a box of .223 ammo was damaged and spilled inside the shipping package. I was a relief to find ammo available though as everything locally in 9mm and .223 was sold out.”

“Apparently there was a item I ordered that went out of stock but when I ordered it showed in stock. I had to email them and I’m getting a refund for the item Only even though I paid shipping on entire order.”

“My order was shipped to the wrong state and was never seen from again. I contacted them almost a week after it was supposed to have been delivered to ME and got a refund. Likely as not it was FedEx that messed up, still left a bad taste in my mouth. Their customer service won me as a customer though, so I will be back, but this order was not a good experience.”

“The ammo itself was intact, but three out of the 5 plastic boxes were well broken, and there weren't any plastic pieces in the shipping box - you do the math. Grrrrr....”

“Not going to lie. I read a lot of reviews about steel cases ammo and how it gets stuck in your barrel. I own a brand new Mossberg MC1 and it was my 2nd time taking it to the range. I got about 1 mag out (7 rounds) and on the 8th (new mag) it resulted in a failure to eject leaving the casing stuck in the barrel. The other gun I used S&W Shield fired every single other shot with no issues. I used about 60 rounds total. So I’m giving it 3 stars because I’m going to give Tula the benefit of the doubt because in the end of the day Ammo is ammo It works how it should. It fires. and the issue could have been With my MC1 instead. Been using Tula in the AR forever and no issues at ALL. (.223)”

“You sent me the wrong size shells I ordered 28 gauge shells and got 20 gauge but that's ok I have a 20 gauge also”
