“#2057323 PLACED AN ORDER IN OCT, 40% OF THE AMMO SENT WAS WRONG. THEY WERE IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED OF THEIR ERROR, I FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS FOR RETURN, AND THE AMMO RETURNED BY FEDEX AND RECEIVED BY THE COMPANY ON OCT 17TH. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD SENT ME THE CORRECT AMMO BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR, BUT NOT SO. I ASKED FOR THE REFUND TO BE POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. WHO TAKES 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO REFUND AN ORDER WHEN THE COMPANY WAS AT FAULT. BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A PRIORITY TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER. I HAVE SPOKE ON THE PHONE AND ALSO BY EMAIL WITH C__Y, EVERYONE WAS NICE BUT NO ACTION. IT HAS NOW BEEN 16 FULL BUSINESS AND NO REFUND ON MY CARD. THE REVIEW RAITING ON THEIR WEB SITE FOR A RETURN IS "DIFFICULT". EVEN WHEN THE COMPANY IS IN ERROR THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK---WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT? AS OF NOV 11, STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. MIKE”

“Everything was good price, free shipping,in stock and just what I ordered. Not Outdoor limmited fault but Fedex distroyed the package. Outdoor Limmited did strap the package with plastic bands that saved the box from distruction. Everything was good inside. I will order aigan they had a very good selection of ammo.”
